Terms and SMS terms

These terms cover your use of Loyal Dibs, a loyalty and priority-access service for local trading card and game shops operated by Adult Supervision LLC (“Loyal Dibs,” “we,” “us”). By joining a participating shop’s list, you agree to them.
SMS terms: Loyal Dibs Release Alerts
Program: Loyal Dibs Release Alerts, sent from 888-907-DIBS (888-907-3427) on behalf of the shop you joined.
What you’ll get: offers when a limited release is held for you, with a link to claim or pass by a deadline; reservation confirmations; and pickup reminders.
How often: message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages a month, depending on your shop’s new releases.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Only sign up with a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
- We handle your number and consent as described in our privacy policy. Your opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
How priority works
Each participating shop decides how many units of a release to offer through Loyal Dibs and sets the rules that rank its customers, such as league attendance and visits. Loyal Dibs ranks households by those rules and lets the shop send offers in that order. Being on a list does not guarantee you an offer for any release.
Purchases are with the shop
Loyal Dibs does not sell products. Claiming an offer reserves an item for in-store pickup. You buy it from the shop, at the shop’s price and under its policies. If you don’t pick it up by the deadline shown, the reservation ends and the item returns to the shop.
Fair use
- Accounts are for adults, one per household.
- Don’t create multiple accounts, use automated tools, or sign up with numbers you don’t control.
- Shops may lower a household’s priority or remove it for breaking these terms or the shop’s own rules, including reselling schemes.
Ending your participation
You can leave a shop’s list at any time by replying STOP and emailing us to delete your information. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Disclaimers and limits
Loyal Dibs is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running reliably but don’t guarantee that messages, offers, or passes will always arrive on time or without errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Adult Supervision LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any product availability, pricing, or decision made by a participating shop.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here with a new effective date, and tell you by text or email if a change materially affects the SMS program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
