How customers join
This is the signup flow every participating shop uses. Each shop’s page carries its own name and logo.
The steps
- The customer scans a QR code in the shop, or opens a link the shop shares, to reach that shop’s signup page at loyaldibs.com.
- They enter a mobile number and check the consent box. The box is unchecked until they check it, and signup can’t continue without it.
- They confirm the number with a one-time code.
- They add a name for the household and get their Wallet pass.
What we record
For every signup we store the exact consent wording shown, the time of consent, and the IP address. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Messages they’ll receive
Texts come from 888-907-DIBS: release offers with a link to claim or pass, reservation confirmations, and pickup reminders. Frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages a month. Opting in is never required to make a purchase.
